Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. Gardenia - Caluso (TO)

Mariangela Susigan's Gardenia Restaurant is based in a 19th-century house surrounded by vegetable gardens, like a true "Relais de Campagne," in the town of Caluso, a Canavese village where the native Erbaluce wine is born.

The romantic rectangular room on the ground floor, decorated in pastel green and salmon tones and lit by antique hanging lamps, has terracotta floors and well-spaced, finely set tables.

The decor is complemented by a dark wood sideboard at the entrance and an antique mirror on the back wall. The outdoor pergola is an oasis of coolness on hot summer evenings.

Mariangela Susigan's cuisine delights in the perfect balance between territory and creativity, with dishes of great impact, both for the colors and scents, for the quality of the ingredients used, and for the taste and wisdom of the combinations and cooking.

A cuisine that is not only art and technique, but also and above all culture, rooted in the wisdom of the past.
