The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. La Cantina di Castel Monastero - Monastero d'Ombrone (SI)











La Cantina is the regional cuisine restaurant of Castel Monastero Resort, a magnificent complex carved out of an 11th-century monastery located among the Sienese hills, about which you will find a rich report in lemilleUnanotte.


The Restaurant is housed in the medieval cellars of Castel Monastero: its high vaults and exposed stone walls take you back in time. The two dining rooms developed along the length differ in type and table arrangement, with the second more suitable for large groups.


The kitchen of Executive Chef Davide Canella and his brigade offers typical dishes with a few modern touches, using excellent ingredients and juggling perfect cooking and serving times, even at the busiest times.
