Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. The dining area is divided into a long, rectangular-shaped room, which is followed by a smaller, more intimate room. Locanda de' Banchieri - Fosdinovo (MS)











The Locanda de' Banchieri Restaurant is an ancient patrician home in a magnificent hillside location overlooking terraces planted with olive trees and the vast panorama that stretches from Versilia to the foothills of the Sarzana foothills of Liguria.


Sarzanese Chef Giacomo Devoto located and purchased it in 2017 to make it the home of his territory-linked, "conscious" and truly "sustainable" (an overused word today) cuisine, with a Farm operating on 35 thousand square meters of land in close synergy with the Restaurant.


His elegant, signature cuisine is certainly gastronomic, but also very relatable to the elements of the land.

Each dish is composed of a few elements, is dressed in herbs, flowers and vegetables, uses no thickeners, and is therefore light and digestible.
It drinks very well, thanks to a rich, dynamic and thoughtful Cellar.
