Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Pizzeria La Toumatica - Pessinetto (TO)

Toumatica, located on the Valli di Lanzo highway with ample parking and dehors, is the winning bet, Pizzeria version, of the Valli di Lanzo restaurant property.

The "Pizzaiolo" is Andrea Frasca, who learned the technique with an on-site apprentice, and operates with the meticulousness of a perfectionist.

Toumatica was a very pleasant discovery.

Here they certainly look at numbers, as is right for a Pizzeria, but with an uncompromising eye for uncompromising quality, starting with the doughs and their leavening, and ending with the choice of ingredients used for the pizzas and the kitchen.

The tome cheeses are selected in the Valley, the burgers use Ceres meats and freshly baked bread after very long leavening, and some of the cooking dishes are moving for the memories they evoke with their aromas and flavors...

Finally, there is good drinking, and not just beers.
