Ristorante Il Moncalvo - Acqui Terme (AL)

Il Moncalvo Restaurant is located in the historic center of Acqui Terme between the striking Romanesque walls of Santa Maria Abbey.

The interior of the restaurant is very classic, warm and cozy, tastefully furnished. The restaurant consists of two air-conditioned dining rooms, the second of which houses a selection of the 400 labels on the menu on the back wall.

Il Moncalvo stands at the top of Aquitaine dining scene for the beauty of the location, the quality of the cuisine and the warmth of the welcome.
Chef Luca Guidetti offers modern cuisine that is moderately creative, clean and well-calibrated in its combinations, but also cautious and prudent in view of the changes taking place.

We appreciated the quality and freshness of the raw material and the combinations of flavors, textures and temperatures, which also play on contrasts.
