La Pista Restaurant has reopened in Turin since October 2022, completely renovated in its interior and entrusted to the prestigious Chef Fabrizio Tesse to make it the flagship of the Gerla 1927 Group, which has been excellence in Piedmontese pastry for 90 years.
The dining room is large and airy, with parquet floors and wide, well-spaced tables served by fabric sofas and comfortable armchairs.
At La Pista restaurant we had a rich and stimulating gastronomic experience, cultured and refined in an environment of refined elegance with an important history behind it.
Fabrizio Tesse's is an innovative, personal, modern and researched cuisine, with a hint of pop, rich in noble ingredients, which prefers to combine meat and fish in preparations that surprise and intrigue.
Even those who approach it without any prior training or background will have something to enjoy.
Special mention must go to Tesse's "right-hand man," Roberto Stella, who shows that he is a virtuoso with great horizons ahead of him.
The young, highly motivated Sala Brigade delighted us with an extremely attentive and precise but not congealed service.
