Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. The external walls with portions of light stone and the clean lines of the building integrate perfectly with the surrounding whiteness of the Junno district. Restaurant n'Duma is based in Alba, a stone's throw from the historic center.

It is run by Sara Borsa, who previously ran the historic Osteria Italia in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio.


The interior is pleasant, with an exposed brick wall and well-matched color nuances.


Sara Borsa's cuisine covers the main classic dishes of the Langa (and it could not be otherwise, given the location), but does not ignore a few moderate forays into contemporary cuisine.

All with a nice light hand and a lot of enthusiasm.

In some of her dishes we appreciated some well-calibrated oriental notes, added without ever the urge to overdo.

From a fancy wine cellar we got smart and thick pairings.
