Bollito Piemontese… Chef: Gianni Lubatti Osteria del Borgo @osteria_borgo_carru

Siamo a Carrù non potevamo farci mancare sua maestà il Bollito misto con le sue salsine. Il Bollito misto alla piemontese, piatto simbolo del locale, cucinato tutto l’anno e servito in sala al carrello accompagnato dalle sette salse: bagnetto verde, cognà, salsa piccante, salsa all’aglio, salsa di rafano, salsa del Borgo, salsa rubra casalinga. La carne utilizzata è esclusivamente di razza piemontese di allevamenti limitrofi al paese; per buona parte dell’anno si utilizza il blasonato Bue di Carrù. In accompagnamento, purea di patate e carote lessate. The View - Lugano (CH)











The magnificent The View Lugano is situated in a spectacular panoramic location on the heights overlooking downtown Lugano.


The interior design gives the feeling of being aboard a luxury yacht suspended over the lake.

The restaurant's dining room, with an open kitchen and an entire translucent wall used as a wine cellar, overlooks the stunning panoramic terrace with breathtaking views.


Fine dining of absolute excellence, impeccable and classy yet friendly service in approach, great Cantina and exceptional location: our experience at The View can be summarized in its highlights thus.

We enjoyed Diego Della Schiava's contemporary cuisine both in its proposal and execution. Talent, professionalism and rigor in the choice of raw materials are matched by a marked sense of teamwork for his tight-knit brigade.

We drank superbly, with a very centered food-wine pairing.
