Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. Villa Tiboldi - Canale (CN)

The Villa Tiboldi restaurant is part of the Agriturismo Relais of the same name, a splendid, charming residence in the Roero in Canale, of which lemilleUnanotte publishes a rich Reportage.

The restaurant, which of the agriturismo has only the name, has recently been enriched with a scenic glassed-in veranda.

In the two warm and cozy dining rooms, the mixed barrique and stone plank floors, barrel-vaulted and brick ceilings, original wall sconces, and designer chandeliers stand out.

At Villa Tiboldi we experimented this time with some new dishes, mostly vegetarian, that Chef Luca Piccinelli wanted to include on the menu as a tasty alternative to the solid local cuisine operated so far.

The menu offers a selection of dishes that are always very tasty and thoughtful, capable of satisfying every taste.

All the preparations are made with a few ingredients with clear and well-defined flavors: an absolutely modern cuisine that knows how to alternate tradition and contemporaneity.

Kudos to the chef who has clear ideas and sure technique. The cooking of his risottos, exceptional because they are truly "Lombard style," excites us with every visit.
