Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Palazzo Tiglio - Bucine (AR)

Palazzo Tiglio is a Period Residence with Gourmet Restaurant based in Valdambra, in the heart of Tuscany, in the tiny scenic village of San Pancrazio.

Owner John Werich, a Swede now adopted Italian, has overseen its meticulous and refined restoration, making it a must-see destination for those who love unostentatious luxury.

In a tiny dreamy Tuscan village you will have a fine dining experience of refined elegance, thanks to modern cuisine intelligently hooked on local tradition.

Chef Mattia Parlanti has created a menu made up of important dishes, thick, but also light, pleasant and harmonious.

The Patron of Palazzo Tiglio, Swedish John Werich now a naturalized Italian, has clear ideas on how to offer classy but casual hospitality, never affected.

We drank very well, with a thick food-wine pairing, with excellent labels from Small Producers.
