The Restaurant Le Scuderie del Castello di Govone, led with great professionalism and passion by the two chefs Fabio Poppa and Davide Sproviero, is located in the town of Govone, beautifully set in the former Royal Stables of the prestigious Savoy Residence, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997.


The coexistence of the ancient and the modern is the result of a tasteful design that has masterfully embedded environments of the most modern elegance and "hi-tech" equipment in a historical container of absolute prestige.

The rooms are characterized by a succession of open spaces bordered by self-supporting wings with taut lines, whose aesthetic function is flanked by the technical function of housing the lighting equipment.
