The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Brieis Relais Alpino - Marmora (CN)











The Brieis Alpine Relais Restaurant is located in the complex of the same name, which is the result of the magnificent conservative restoration of an entire abandoned mountain hamlet.

As soon as you cross the threshold, you are immersed in a typical mountain environment with lots of wood and stone.

The main room has a corner fireplace that is always lit during the cold season.

The second small room is actually a part of the terrace, repaired with a transparent PVC blind.


In the restaurant of the Brieis Relais Alpino you will be able to taste a typical cuisine, prepared with many excellent local products, in a very pleasant rustic and informal environment, warm and welcoming.

The owners of the Relais, Gian Luca Borra and Sabrina Bonetto, with clear ideas and a lot of passion, have been able to surround themselves with a brigade of enthusiastic collaborators, starting with the chef Momo, of Moroccan origin, who elaborates dishes of perfect execution with well-balanced flavors.

The wine cellar offers a fine selection of Piedmontese wines from excellent producers.
