The Brieis Alpine Relais Restaurant is located in the complex of the same name, which is the result of the magnificent conservative restoration of an entire abandoned mountain hamlet.
As soon as you cross the threshold, you are immersed in a typical mountain environment with lots of wood and stone.
The main room has a corner fireplace that is always lit during the cold season.
The second small room is actually a part of the terrace, repaired with a transparent PVC blind.
In the restaurant of the Brieis Relais Alpino you will be able to taste a typical cuisine, prepared with many excellent local products, in a very pleasant rustic and informal environment, warm and welcoming.
The owners of the Relais, Gian Luca Borra and Sabrina Bonetto, with clear ideas and a lot of passion, have been able to surround themselves with a brigade of enthusiastic collaborators, starting with the chef Momo, of Moroccan origin, who elaborates dishes of perfect execution with well-balanced flavors.
The wine cellar offers a fine selection of Piedmontese wines from excellent producers.
