The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. DaMà Sentiero di Villa d'Amelia - Benevello (CN)











DaMà Sentiero Restaurant is the fine dining concept of the magnificent Relais Villa d'Amelia. "Sentiero" translates to "path".

The location is very picturesque, in a panoramic position on the Langa hills, just a few minutes drive from Alba.

The entrance is independent, located directly on the hotel's driveway.

The intimate and relaxing atmosphere predisposes to the tasting of fine food with a wonderful view of the Langa hills.


Villa d'Amelia, one of the most pleasant and welcoming relais in Piedmont, is an exceptional place to taste one of the most interesting cuisines of the Langhe in its "fine dining" restaurant DaMà Sentiero.

The young chef Dennis Cesco, who took over in 2021, started his adventure by keeping a low profile at the beginning, then gradually unfolded all the qualities of a true ace, who wins us over with each visit.

The fine dining that he now offers with the "Path" route has all the makings of a hit: technique, ideas, passion and personality, which go hand in hand with proportion and balance.

The cellar of Villa d'Amelia offers a wide range of wines with a nice depth, which makes them very good to drink.
