Locanda in Cannubi is located on the road from Alba to Barolo, in the heart of the Langhe, in the middle of the vineyard that gives it its name, one of the most prestigious in Italy and the world.
Owned by Tenuta Carretta and run by the Bertolini-Boggione family, a true institution in traditional Langhe cuisine, it is the result of the careful restoration of an 18th century farmhouse, restored to its former glory to offer fine dining and elegant hospitality.
The splendid panoramic room is one of the highlights of the venue: sitting in front of the very large windows you will feel part of the landscape.
The large terrace offers a unique panorama of the most important Barolo Crus.
The Locanda in Cannubi is a place of incomparable beauty where you can taste a cuisine of great depth, based (above all, but not only) on tradition and the territory, in a unique setting with a privileged and spectacular view of the most important Barolo cru.
In addition to the unfailing specialties of the tradition, presented in a contemporary key with the utmost grace and respect, the kitchen offers a beautiful range of more "creative" preparations, all made with wisdom, technique and mastery: the merit of a chef, Fabio Pungitore, who here at the Locanda is making a path of continuous growth.
