The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Armonia - Alba (CN)











Armonia is the new fine dining restaurant recently opened in the heart of Alba, a stone's throw from Via Roma and Piazza Michele Ferrero.

The restaurant is large and modern.

The interior is pleasant, with well-chosen colors and well-spaced round tables.

The ceilings stand out, enlivened by ellipsoidal light fixtures.

The modern steel kitchen is partially visible through the opal glass of the serving hatch.


With Antonio Armentano and his restaurant Armonia, Alba has a new star.

Clear ideas, personality, talent and a happy hand are the main characteristics of this young chef who comes from the south and knows how to surprise us.

Young, shy and reserved, with two wide open eyes that enchant, almost on tiptoe, he shows you such an impressive and unexpected journey that you will ask yourself: "But where has this cook been hiding? Why has no one spoken of him?"

We, who love discoveries and who know how to recognize a quality cuisine, full of content and well presented, will fix it immediately.

Believe us, as "talent scouts" we are unlikely to make mistakes: Antonio Armentano will become a successful name and his address will be on the agenda of passionate gourmets, even in a "difficult" place like that of Alba.

For the moment, Antonio works alone in the kitchen, so the timing of the service may not be that of a Swiss watch: indulge and you will be rewarded with a great gastronomic journey that will make you want to come back, greedy for this mix of simplicity, experimentation, personality and refinement...

We drank very well and discovered some real southern delicacies.
