Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Borghetto La Radice - Roccaverano (AT)











In the wooded hills of Roccaverano, at the end of a road that is easy to follow but not so easy to find, you will find Borghetto La Radice.

The farmhouse, resulting from the restoration of old rural buildings with exposed stone and wood, is neat and welcoming.

The large dining room, with a whole wall opening onto the garden, is made of wood and stone and is very pleasant.


Borghetto La Radice is a reality far from the usual itineraries of well-known names, not very easy to reach, but absolutely worth considering.

It is an agriturismo that is first and foremost a farm, which means that all the fruit and vegetables on the menu come from the farm's own garden.

Even the cheeses and wines all come from local farms that share the same idea of quality and sustainability of raw materials.

The dishes are very well thought out, with technique and taste for the arrangements, organic ingredients and fine combinations of flavors.
