Claudio - Bergeggi (SV)

The "mythical" Claudio is located in an enviable position, as if suspended between land and sea, at the top of the small village of Bergeggi, with a splendid view of the island of the same name, between Savona and Spotorno.

After having reached the top of the gastronomic world with Claudio Pasquarelli's cuisine, today it is back with a new formula, the result of a long and painstaking reflection: a "boutique hotel" with attention to every detail, and its restaurant dedicated to the traditional Ligurian cuisine, simple, genuine and natural, closely linked to the seasonal products of the garden, strictly reserved for guests, without exception.

A selection of the most representative and symbolic dishes of the new course can be found in numerous places that you will find here and there in the hotel.

The magnificent terrace is where meals are served as soon as the season permits. The large white awnings that serve as a cover are very scenic.
In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more atmospheric with the magical spectacle of the illuminated outline of the coast.

Claudio Pasquarelli, with his panoramic restaurant in Bergeggi, is a true gastronomic institution in Liguria.

From 2023, with the support of his children Lara and Christian, Claudio's hospitality will be transformed with a real revolution: A boutique hotel with a kitchen dedicated exclusively to the guests staying there!

A cuisine that will continue to be served on one of the most romantic and panoramic terraces on the coast, but that will evolve towards a more "light" formula, based on authentic traditional recipes alongside some historical dishes.
