Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. Romolo Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Amarea Ristorante Romolo Mare is located in Bordighera, in a privileged position, directly on the sea, at the end of the promenade.
If you go down the small staircase from the promenade, you will find the restaurant just behind the beach huts, partially protected by the pier, which unfortunately has not been able to prevent some disastrous sea storms.
The exterior consists of a large veranda open to the beach, complemented by some gazebos with wooden platforms and white tarpaulins towards the sea.
Romolo Mare has a second roof terrace used for aperitifs and events.
During the cold season we move to the indoor hall with its large windows.
Amarea Romolo Mare is a reality of excellence, where you can enjoy an exceptional seafood cuisine that will please everyone, leaving the evaluation of the location on the sea, between the cabins and the beach - perhaps the best, perhaps a bit spartan - to each person's personal taste.
Romolo Giordano is undoubtedly one of the greats of the gastronomic world, who has left an indelible mark on the cuisine of Western Liguria with all kinds of "containers", from the refined and "à la page" La Via Romana, which he closed when he realized that such a restaurant was no longer viable in this region, to this current formula of a completely different nature and style, which has been and is enjoying great success with a very loyal Italian and transalpine clientele.
Relying on Davide Merlini's passion and expertise, you will drink well and have fun at the same time.
It is with conviction and affection that we have renewed the Convivium Excellence Award to the Restaurant Amarea Romolo Mare for the quality of its cuisine and hospitality.
