Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Pino Franzé's is a very fresh fish cuisine, treated with simplicity, harmony and elegance: tasty, rich and inviting dishes, which satisfy the appetite and invite you to return. San Genesio Ristorante - Castagneto Po (TO)











San Genesio Restaurant is located in a panoramic position in the hills of Castagneto Po in Turin.

The restaurant has a century-long history, so much so that it can be found in the historical archives of La Stampa with a full-page article from 1936 singing its praises.


The interior is that of a noble country residence. The winter dining room has terracotta floors and botticella ceilings with exposed brick and wood beams.


Just a few minutes' drive from the city, Ristorante San Genesio is an oasis of peace nestled among surprisingly wooded and lush hills where you can enjoy modern, highly technical cuisine operated by an absolutely talented chef.

All the dishes we tried are beautiful for the eyes and interesting for the palate, aimed at enhancing a very chosen raw material of the territory with perfectly balanced pairings, to which are added appetizing Nordic citations, such as fermentations, and valuable oriental excursions.

Gianni Spegis's cuisine seems to us with each visit to be more and more evolved and mature, like the fruit of a well-planned path made of thoughtful experimentation without daring.
