Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. Camùri - Ragusa Ibla

Camùri #cucinappassionata is located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, just a few steps from the beautiful Hyblaean Garden. As its name says in Sicilian dialect, it is a place where people cook "with love".
The interior of the restaurant is the result of a careful restoration in a modern key of the ancient building.
The outdoor terrace overlooks the very central Corso XXV Aprile, the pedestrian heart of Ibla.
At the Camùri restaurant we experienced and got to know an authentic and refined Sicilian cuisine, made with passion and love, with the search and use of ingredients of recognized authenticity, often rare and niche.
What a miracle to taste the most representative specialties of this land, prepared in such a resounding way that we repeatedly exclaimed "that so good we had not yet tasted!
A cuisine that is also very technical and modern, where necessary, to give that lightness that is essential for modern palates.
The chef Federico Rizzo and his partner and friend Francesco Migliorisi, manager of the dining room, have created a reality that deserves more than just a visit to discover all the "goodies" on the menu: when you finish with "His Majesty the Sicilian Cannolo", you will probably want to start again!
We drank very well, with absolutely centered regional pairings.
