The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Bino - Savona

The Restaurant Bino is situated in a privileged position inside the Museo delle Ceramiche in Savona, in a very central area, in front of the buildings of the Episcopal Curia.
As soon as you enter, you will find bright and modern rooms, the result of a tasteful renovation.
Thanks to its privileged location, it is the ideal place to host artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige, where cuisine and food culture are the protagonists.
In the collection room at the back, Agenore Fabbri's restored work "The Birth of Ceramics" stands out, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area.
The dining area consists of a long rectangular room followed by a smaller, more intimate room.
The look is modern and informal, with a predominance of light colors and bright lights.
With Ristorante Bino, chef Giuseppe Ricchebuono has also confirmed his entrepreneurial vision: the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, little known to most people, will be revitalized and enhanced by a prestigious activity, while at the same time the new restaurant will be attractive both for its location and for its excellent contemporary cuisine.
Excellent raw materials are the basis of a gastronomic offer that transcends the Ligurian and national borders, leaving ample room for excursions into other cultures.
