The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. La Corte dei Papi - Cortona (AR)

La Corte dei Papi is the restaurant of the Relais of the same name in Cortona, Tuscany, of which lemilleUnanotte has published an extensive photographic report.
The complex is an old mansion dating back to the 1700s, tastefully restored and surrounded by a large park.
The restaurant is located in the original wine cellar of the manor.
The two dining rooms are preceded by a small sitting area.
The rooms are romantic and full of character, with stone walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.
La Corte dei Papi is a precious address for its intimate, elegant and relaxed atmosphere: a charming restaurant where you can dine romantically by candlelight in the two precious indoor dining rooms or in summer by the pool in a fairytale setting.
Part of a magnificent Relais with exclusive rooms and suites, the restaurant is ideal for ceremonies and high class weddings. The cuisine offers traditional and local flavors with some very centered creative ideas.
