Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Officina dei Sapori - Gubbio (PG)

We returned to the Taste Workshop in the fall to present other dishes.
From the IL VEGETALE menu we tasted the "Imbrecciata", Umbrian legume soup with rosemary waffle.
From the TRACKS menu we could not miss the Pigeon: turnip button stuffed with liver, grilled breast and thighs, leek with pomegranate air and turnip drops. The story of Officina dei Sapori is a story of cuisine and family that draws its roots from the previous generation, preserving and developing them, with Giacomo and Veronica, he chef and she sommelier, telling a new story of good food and good drink in a modern key. We were delighted to award the restaurant the Convivium Excellence Award for the quality of its cuisine and hospitality.
