Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. Ma.Ri.na - Olgiate Olona (VA)

Ma.Ri.na, a fine seafood restaurant, is located in Olgiate Olona, not far from Milan and Malpensa airport.
The name comes from the initials of Marisa and Rita and the last syllable of Anna, the sisters who founded the restaurant in 1973 together with their brother Pino and their parents Angelo and Carolina.
As soon as you enter the reception area, you are immersed in a warm and elegant atmosphere, with light wood paneling, a fine parquet floor and tastefully decorated walls.
The main hall has a corner development with a cream-colored wooden cabinet dividing it into two zones.
At the Ma.Ri.na restaurant we had a rich, stimulating and sophisticated gastronomic experience in a refined and elegant setting.
Rita Possoni's seafood dishes represent the state of the art of fine cuisine, developed and refined over a lifetime dedicated to cooking, culminating in sensational crudos that are hard to beat.
The discerning and independent gourmet will not be misled and deceived by the aleatoric nature of criticism, which every day reveals more and more the obvious limits of a purely commercial approach, and will continue to count the restaurant among the absolute top for seafood cuisine.
We drank divinely, with a food-wine pairing of great depth, harmony and elegance, thanks to the even more unusual and surprising pairings of sommelier Marius Dimitru, who accompanied us during the tasting.
