The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Trattoria Visconti - Ambivere (BG)

The Trattoria Visconti is an intimate and welcoming restaurant located in the historical center of Ambivere, a small town a few kilometers from Bergamo.
The Regione Lombardia (Lombardy Region) has recognized the Trattoria Visconti as a "Historical Establishment"; the Visconti family has been directly managing it for three generations, taking care to model tradition with the evolution of taste.
The manor house is located next to the ancient medieval tower, in front of which there is a well-kept vegetable garden flanked by a large gravel area where parking is convenient.
The Trattoria Visconti is a founder and member of the Premiate Trattorie Italiane.
Once inside the gate, the front door opens right next to the hedges that border the garden.
From the arched doorway, through the reception hall, you enter the restaurant.
They are spacious and well-kept, full of warmth and atmosphere, with ochre and cream tiled floors, light-colored walls and many niches and cupboards.
We have been visiting the Trattoria Visconti regularly for the past three years, and with each visit our enthusiasm grows.
It is undoubtedly one of the best addresses in Lombardy, offering a refined and carefully prepared local cuisine, made with certified ingredients of the highest quality.
The path taken by Fiorella and Giorgio has found an enthusiastic follower in their son Daniele, promoter of many concrete initiatives and, as sommelier, creator of an intelligent and thoughtful evolution of the Cantina, which today can be defined as "resounding", and in their son Roberto, now chef, the continuity of a careful search for raw materials and special care in the preparation, cooking and presentation of the dishes.
The customers are fascinated and stimulated by theme evenings, meetings with producers, hosts, friends and winemakers, well signalled by a clear and complete website.
