The Opera, Ingegno e Creavità restaurant, led by Chef Stefano Sforza, is based in Turin, a short distance from the Porta Susa train station and well served by the Metro. The kitchen is visible from the outside.
The splendid setting of the room is immediately striking from the entrance, with its barrel vaults, exposed bricks and parquet floors.
The kitchen also overlooks the entrance corridor, with large glass windows. The main dining room is very pleasant, warm and characterful, with well-designed lighting.
The Opera restaurant is the ideal venue for a rich and stimulating fine dining experience in an environment of refined elegance.
Chef Stefano Sforza has here found full availability to indulge his perfectionist philosophy aimed at giving emotions to a gourmet clientele, pursuing the aim of best enhancing the flavor of each ingredient.
At each of our visits his unmistakable hand manages to surprise us; today in the treatment of vegetables Stefano Sforza is a highly inspired master, who knows how to get the best out of every cooking technique, in particular the oriental one.
We tasted very personal, clean and balanced dishes, and thanks to Sommelier Carlo Salino we drank magnificently, with an elegant and substantial pairing.
