Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. Castellana San Giovanni - Saluzzo (CN)

Castellana San Giovanni Restaurant is based in Saluzzo in an exceptional location inside the ancient monastery of San Giovanni.
It is the twin of the prestigious Castellana Restaurant in Hong Kong, part of the property's plan to export Piedmontese cuisine to the world.
The name Castellana takes inspiration from the typical female mask of Saluzzo Carnival, the home town of the restaurant's patron Matteo Morello, and is intended to emphasize the link with the area and its folk traditions.
You can access the restaurant's dining room via the Hotel San Giovanni Resort and through its magnificent Cloister or from its direct entrance.
La Castellana is "the place to be" to taste Piedmontese cuisine reinterpreted in a contemporary way by Chef Christian Milone's ideas and over-the-top technique.
The goal of enhancing the immense culinary heritage of this area of Cuneo, which stretches from Saluzzo to the valleys where Castelmagno and Grana cheese are born, has been fully achieved.
It drinks very well, with an intelligent, harmonious and elegant food-wine pairing.
