The Marco Polo restaurant, run for three generations by the Pani family, is located in a beautiful seafront position on the Ventimiglia promenade. The place is unmistakable: a building entirely made of wood, like a chalet, which stands out among the other signs of the beach establishments. The interiors are also completely made of wood: the overall atmosphere, warm and welcoming, may initially amaze with its originality in the context. The entrance precedes the two dining rooms. The main one has a rectangular plan, well-spaced tables and overlooks the private beach through large windows and a French door. In the kitchen there is Diego Pani, a young and concrete chef. Among his experiences, the kitchens of Vittorio Beltramelli, Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy and three years at Louis XV in Monte Carlo together with Alain Ducasse. Dama-Dama - Porto Ercole (GR)

Dama-Dama Restaurant is located in Porto Ercole inside the prestigious Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, Autograph Collection.
It is accessed from the scenic lobby of the Resort, going down one floor of the immense central staircase as an alternative to the elevators.
The restaurant's interior is divided into two large rooms, the first of which faces the terrace, which is overlooked by full-wall windows.
"Dama-Dama" is the scientific name for the fallow deer, a beautiful species that can be found in the forests that cover Argentario.
The restaurant is an ironic and contemporary vision of an elegant mountain retreat. The faux hunting trophy designs and natural fabrics make it an unexpected place within the resort.
At Dama-Dama Restaurant we tasted excellent cuisine based on the ingredients, flavors and colors of the territory with a pinch of innovation.
Chef Emiliano Lombardelli, originally from the area, works with impeccable technique a beautiful work of modern development of some essential traditional recipes with great attention to the quality of the raw materials.
All his dishes are balanced, beautiful to look at and impeccably executed.
Most of the ingredients are Km 0 or come directly from the Resort's garden.
The environment is stimulating and refined. We drank very well, with a food-wine pairing of great depth.
