Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Radix Cucina Contemporanea - Giaveno (TO)

Radix Cucina Contemporanea is the new eatery opened by Chef Riccardo Portesi in Giaveno, a town in the Turin area not far from the Avigliana Lakes.
From the entrance with counter, the rooms develop perimeterwise around the kitchen.
The rooms are warm and well-kept, with some original details, such as the chandeliers.

The imagination of the preparations, which is already expressed in the names (which intrigue and often make us smile), is combined with an uncommon technique, with a sense of measure and an attention to detail to be applauded. Nothing is left to chance, not even in the dining room, where Andrea Mauro proposes an original and well-thought-out food-wine pairing.
