The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Ape, Vino e Cucina - Alba (CN)

Ape Vino e Cucina, Chef Damiano Nigro, is a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine venue paired with quality wines and cocktails located in the heart of Alba, right in the middle of the pedestrian island.
As soon as you enter, the first room with its large mixing bar stands out. Dedicated mainly to aperitifs, it has preserved the original stucco and friezes of the 18th-century building thanks to a skillful restoration. All floors are made of fine parquet. Scenic chandeliers descend from the vaulted ceilings.
The restaurant's dining rooms are the following two, which follow one another in sequence.
Damiano Nigro is back! Ape Vino e Cucina is a venue with rooms full of the charm of the past, but also very trendy, in which to taste a Mediterranean cuisine of great depth, operated with mastery by one of our "chefs of the heart," whom we love for his technique but also for his great gifts of humanity and humility.
The gastronomic proposal contemplates a satisfying range of proposals, some firmly anchored in tradition, but also cleverly reworked in a modern key, others linked to the sea and the Chef's land of origin. All the dishes are of absolute level, well conceived and equally well executed, rich to the sight, smell and taste!
