Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Ristorante Bastimento - Torino

Bastimento is a restaurant specializing in Salento and seafood cuisine based in downtown Turin, a stone's throw from Piazza Vittorio and the Gran Madre. It was recently taken over by its longtime chef Fabrizio Barraco with partner Alessandro Marocco Altissimo.
As soon as you enter, there is a glassed-in counter in direct communication with the kitchen and a few small tables. Continuing, there is the rectangular development room, ending with a mirrored wall that doubles the perception of space.
Bastimento is an excellent restaurant of authentic Salento cuisine proposed in a modern way, with great attention to the quality of the raw materials and the pleasantness of the combinations. Fabrizio Barraco's cuisine favors simplicity and cleanliness of flavors, and is impeccable both in the preparation and treatment of ingredients and in the cooking.
