The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Agriturismo Agri Fabi - Fossano (CN)

Arnaud Dubern's Agri Fabi Farmhouse is located in the open countryside not far from Fossano, surrounded by orchards. The restaurant is part of the Tenuta di Santo Stefano Agri Resort & SPA, a modern and well-maintained 100% green complex, under the banner of sustainability and direct contact with nature.
The interior of the restaurant consists of one very pleasant, tastefully furnished square room.
Agriturimo Agri Fabi offers a refined cuisine in an extremely pleasant environment, with a family but tone service, operated in the first person by the owners. Chef Davide Greggio has a nice hand, clear ideas and a lot of good taste in the combinations, choosing raw materials of the highest quality.
We were pleasantly surprised by the sharpness of the flavors and the caratness of all the dishes, which - a detail to highlight - always come out hot from the kitchen. We also liked the chef's habit of presenting his dishes in first person at the table.
