Li Jalantuùmene - Monte Sant'Angelo (FG)

Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. The external walls with portions of light stone and the clean lines of the building integrate perfectly with the surrounding whiteness of the Junno district. Luce - Alba (CN)

Luce Restaurant is based in Alba in the central pedestrian island. At the entrance, a mixing bar with a kitchen behind it. There we quickly met Noemi and her delightful Chloe, the club's mascot.
Luce calls itself "more than a restaurant: a place to meet, discover and share," and in fact it also offers aperitifs in its intimate and cozy atmosphere. There are two dining rooms, both featuring original decor with a hint of boldness.
Passion, tradition but not too much, and a touch of boldness: this sums up the essence of Luce restaurant, a cozy little gem with a very well-curated kitchen. The hand of young Chef Albano Cairone - coming from the starred kitchens of Antica Corona Reale and Villa d'Amelia, makes itself known supported by a solid and mature technique. The Piedmontese roots are well present, but they are "debunked" and reinterpreted with creativity.
