Il Gallo della Checca - Ranzo (IM)

Il Gallo della Checca, a truffle restaurant with its own Tartufaia as well as an osteria and wine shop since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small inland Ligurian village on the border with Piedmont. Il Lupo e la Greppia - Plan (TO)

Il Lupo e la Greppia is located in the small hamlet of Plan di Pragelato, just a few minutes' drive from the renowned Sestriere ski resort, which is easily accessible from Turin. The environment is mountainous, with much attention paid to every little detail. The one dining room stands out for its exposed stonework and solid wood tables all different from each other. There is no shortage of an ever-burning, crackling fireplace.
Two young chefs Luca Giraudo and Luca Castellano operate in the kitchen. At Il Lupo e la Greppia we tasted curated local cuisine marked by the utmost freshness and quality of ingredients. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the service thoughtful. You will drink well thanks to a cleverly set up wine list.
