Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Osteria Contemporanea - La Bottega 'd Mentin - Pecetto (TO)

L' Contemporary Osteria - La Bottega 'd Mentin is based in Pecetto, the "cherry country" just a few minutes' drive from Turin. It is a modern Osteria and Wine Bar, with a beautiful selection of wines served by the glass on a rotating basis and the possibility of purchase in the Enoteca.
The venue offers ample parking facilities in the Cherry Market Square it overlooks. The interior is modern and easy.
That of the Osteria Contemporanea is a very apt formula, a dream in the drawer that Enzo Gola had been cultivating for some time. His new venue, which flanks the historic Ca' Mentin, is a modern Trattoria, Osteria with a tap of fine wines and Enoteca, with a truly remarkable assortment of labels offered at attractive prices, with little mark-up.
