Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Osteria della Villa - Castellengo (BI)

The Osteria della Villa is located in Castellengo, a historic crossroads at the foot of the Biella mountains.
The location is an old house, originally used as the village emporium and grocery store, and later as a tavern.
Skillful conservative renovation work has restored it to its original charm without altering the layout of the small rooms into which the interior is divided.
At Osteria della Villa you can choose between a seafood menu and a land menu, both prepared with the use of quality raw materials and offered at a low, well-centered price.
Elion Keci, an old and dear acquaintance of ours, boasts a high level of experience with Maurilio Garola at Campamac, which was followed by running the kitchens of the Rotary Club of Biella.
An expert and great lover of his work, he knows how to handle fish and meats with equal skill, with an eye to typical local specialties.
