The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Amarea Romolo Mare - Bordighera (IM)

The Amarea Romolo Mare restaurant is located in Bordighera in a privileged position, directly on the sea with its own private beach, right at the end of the promenade. Its Chef is Nadi Rakipi.
Once down the steps that branch off from the promenade, you will find the restaurant just beyond the beach cabins, fronted by the vast veranda facing the sea.
During the cold season we move to the large internal room with large windows, which is located just below the promenade.
Amarea Romolo Mare is a reality of excellence, where you go for exceptional fish cuisine that everyone agrees on, in a very pleasant location facing the sea between the cabins and the beach.
Romolo Giordano is without a shadow of a doubt one of the greats of catering, who has left an indelible mark in the cuisine of Western Liguria with every type of "container", from the sophisticated and "à la page" one of La Via Romana, which closed when he realized that catering of this type had now exhausted its margins of survival in this region, to this current formula of a completely different kind and style, which has received and continues to receive the great success of a very fond Italian and overseas customers.
