Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. L'Altro Cantuccio - Montepulciano

L'Altro Cantuccio is based in the historic center of Montepulciano, in a building with centuries of history.

The Restaurant is located in an extremely touristy corner, with the outdoor tables taken by storm by visitors to the magnificent Tuscan Medieval Village: it would be easy to lie back and take advantage of the location alone, yet here it has been decided to make a very personal gastronomic cuisine to go along with the ever-present traditional offerings.

The interior of L'Altro Cantuccio opens with a small reception room where the beautiful tile floors, exposed brick vaults, counter, bottle collection, temperature-controlled wine cellar, and goblet offerings stand out.

We really liked the formula of L'Altro Cantuccio: it is a gastronomic cuisine that traditional dishes made with rigor and excellent raw materials are flanked by an original and fun, cosmopolitan creative path, with quotations from all over the world that tastefully flank local ingredients redesigning new dishes.

Chef Mattia Putzulu possesses technique and imagination. He is a curious gourmet who has cleverly put his passion for travel and other food cultures to good use, going on to create a stimulating and personal cuisine, capable of surprising and conveying emotions.

We drank divinely, thanks to the original and well-centered choices of his wife, maître and sommelier, Monica Ceregatti.
