Quintilio - Altare (SV)
Quintilio, restaurant and inn since 1895, overlooks the main road of the town of Altare (a town in the Savona hinterland famous for glass, to which a museum is dedicated) a few hundred meters away from the Turin-Savona motorway toll booth. The restaurant, which has more than 120 years of history, over the many years of operation has become one of the cornerstones of good cuisine in the Ligurian hinterland, increasingly renowned among gourmets. Today it is a truly refined fine-dining establishment which, despite the renovation, has retained a very strong identity. The main dining room is modern and welcoming, elegant and minimalist. A second dining room, in which a notable collection of bottles is displayed, can be used for small groups who desire greater privacy.
