Ristorante Violetta - Calamandrana (AT)
The Violetta restaurant, born in the 1960s, takes its name from the ancient "Ca d'Viuletta", the house where agricultural carts were built. A wagon from the Premiata Fabbrica is still on display in the entrance courtyard. Attached to the house was a small grocery store and a neighborhood bar. Once the shop closed, the Lovisolo family transformed the bar first into a trattoria and finally into the current location, a true milestone in the area. The rectangular dining room is clean and welcoming. The pleasantly rustic environment is perfect for a place that has always been known for the quality of its strictly local cuisine. The Violetta restaurant has always been a precious address for excellent local cuisine enhanced by genuine and friendly service. Simple dishes cooked and served with love!
