Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Shoro Italian Sushi Experience by Giuseppe Oliveri and Umberto Speziale is the new Italian Sushi restaurant born in Poirino in the province of Turin.
The Japanese term Shoro means the bell tower of a Buddhist temple.


Shoro's interiors, inspired by oriental atmospheres, are bright and relaxing, with neutral colors and natural materials-the perfect setting for a sensory journey to discover "gourmet" sushi.


Shoro, with its truly alternative ethnic formula and undoubted appeal, starting with the pleasant setting, was a very pleasant discovery for us.

Here you will find Sushi yes, but unusual (including meat), harmonious and revisited also with Italian ingredients, all of superior quality.

Dulcis in fundo, you will taste absolutely personal desserts, which allow you to really close on a high note.

We are absolutely convinced that the intuition of owners Giuseppe Oliveri and Umberto Speziale will prove successful.
