Trentatré Ristorante is based in the heart of Cherasco, a beautiful medieval town founded in 1243 on the Pianalto at the confluence of the Tanaro and Stura rivers, on the second floor of the ancient Palazzo Burotti di Scagnello overlooking the central Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.
The ground-floor entrance, which serves as an invitation to the vestibule with staircase and elevator, features the old solid wood windowed partition beyond which is the Cellar.
Up the master staircase, the reception serves as a hallway to the large main hall. The magnificent dining room is decorated by Pietro Paolo Operti's frescoes, dated 1772, and important Murano glass chandeliers.
Trentatré's concept is fine dining with Eastern influences and lots of original and fun ideas. You certainly won't be bored.
The location is very nice, with the little defect of the beautifully designed but a little too soft and low armchairs.
Chef Stefano Trentini has a beautiful hand , great technique and lots of ideas, supported by his wife Maria who is an exquisite hostess in the dining room.
