Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Cucina San Francesco - Cologne (BS)

Cucina San Francesco is the restaurant of the Cappuccini Resort, charming hotel of which we publish a rich Reportage in lemilleUnanotte.
We are in the heart of Franciacorta, an excellent wine-growing and wine-producing area, a stone's throw from Erbusco.
The restaurant is located inside the ancient convent and overlooks the cloister.

The rooms have character and personality: the eye is drawn to a number of furnishing details that contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The antique terracotta floors are magnificent.

In the kitchen of Cappuccini Resort we started from the study of tradition to modify, renew, balance and finally realize a balanced union between territory and creativity.
The young Chef Marco Zilindo moves with sure technique and shows a very inspired hand in every preparation, with original dishes and revisitations of great suggestion.
