Volli Restaurant - Asti

Volli Restaurant is based in Asti in the ancient Palazzo Catena dating back to the Middle Ages.

The restaurant, as the name suggests in Italian language, was strongly desired by Chef Marco Toso, who was eager to open his own place after a professional career made up of numerous high-level experiences. The interiors are evocative and fascinating, of great character, with iron slab floors, portions of the ancient walls and magnificent vaults with exposed bricks, combined with modern furnishing elements combined with taste and refinement.

On its website, Volli Restaurant describes its cuisine in a fitting way: "Tastes of yesterday, revisited in a modern and innovative way". We can only add that Marco Toso has a good hand, very specific ideas and a lot of sincere passion.
The environment is exceptional, the cuisine full of ideas and suggestions, the attentive and attentive service.
