Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. The external walls with portions of light stone and the clean lines of the building integrate perfectly with the surrounding whiteness of the Junno district. Barolando - Barolo (CN)











Barolando, Restaurant and Wine Shop, is conveniently located in the center of Barolo. Impossible not to walk past it and not be drawn in by the menus displayed in plain sight.


On the second floor is the main dining room, complemented by a second, more intimate room. The rooms are very bright, informal and cozy.


Barolando's formula is that of a modern Osteria with typical local cuisine and great wines to match... But what an Osteria!

Mattia Negro has delighted us with a cuisine that is yes inspired by tradition, but is also of great personality and superb in its combinations.

A lively, ultra-modern cuisine, apparently simple because it uses few ingredients from the choicest raw materials, technically impeccable (see the perfect cooking of the risottos, which is not so obvious to find), and executed with a lot of passion and application.

It is a formula that we judge to be a winning one as it is a harbinger of a complete and enjoyable tasting experience.
