La Valle Restaurant, a gourmet eatery in the Turin belt, overlooks the hilly highway that connects Trofarello to Pecetto, a few kilometers from the Piedmontese capital, housed in a two-story house overlooking the countryside of the small hamlet of Valle Sauglio.
The Restaurant is divided into three small rooms, with bleached natural wood floors and light-colored walls embellished with taupe wood paneling.
White tablecloths that descend to the floor and tone equipment contribute to an intimate and elegant atmosphere.
Gabrielle Torretto, a tireless patron in the pursuit of perfection, on the occasion of the "stopover-pandemic" has completely revamped the Brigade of her historic bombshell: and so the actors have changed, but the substance of a solid cuisine based on superlative quality raw materials, well presented and enriched by an appreciable contribution of creativity, has not.
Majcol Lapi's hand, strong from prestigious experience in multi-starred kitchens, is noted for his tasteful combinations and sure technique.
The venue, located in the precollina, is very comfortable and welcoming.
