The name "Ambizioni" highlights the objectives of Alex Ferrero and Stefano Nicola, the two friends originally from Mombercelli, young, passionate and competent, with a recent past in prestigious restaurants in the Langa and Monferrato, to promote typical and expressive cuisine in a modern key with many small stimulating and fun digressions.
