Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Il Giardino del Gusto - Ventimiglia (IM)

Il Giardino del Gusto, a gourmet restaurant owned by Emanuele Donalisio, a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, is located in Ventimiglia, in the center of town, overlooking a tree-lined square a stone's throw from the train station.
Next to the entrance is the bar area, well integrated into the context.
The interiors are classic and elegant, furnished like a small wedding favor.
Once again we confirm our enthusiasm for Emanuele Donalisio's fine dining restaurant, to be categorized as one of the great tables of Liguria.
Emanuele's cuisine, cultivated, refined and rich in suggestions, is technically perfect and flavored with a meticulous search for quality and niche products, both local and exotic, from the cuisines of the world.
It is a cuisine capable of excitement and curiosity, conceptually inclined to reduce ingredients, taking away instead of adding, in search of distinct and precise sensations and flavors.
