The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Tratto - cuisine - wines - hospitality - is located in the center of Turin.
Tratto is a short, easy to remember name for a restaurant (and a sophisticated aperitif place) that wants to make its mark.
The restaurant is the result of a radical renovation with extensive interior design work.
The result is a modern, welcoming space with the distinctive feature of an entire wall dedicated to bottles, which themselves become elements of the design.
Tratto's concept is the result of an ambitious project, with a fine dining line cleverly designed around the current operational possibilities of the kitchen, which is currently being expanded to meet the needs.
The selection of dishes on the menu, certainly fascinating, already deserves applause.
Whether you choose a few dishes accompanied by a selected glass for a gourmet aperitif, or opt for a complete tasting path with paired wines, you will be stimulated and satisfied.
