The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Felicin alla Consolata - Torino

Felicin alla Consolata, Boutique Bistrot of the Antica Erboristeria, is located in Turin right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria della Consolazione, known to all as the "Santuario della Consolata".
The location is very central and fascinating, in the premises of the historic Erboristeria Rosa Serafino which have been renovated with extreme attention thanks to the project curated by Silvia Capra, owner of Felicin with her husband Nino Rocca, in synergy with the whole family and in agreement with the Superintendence .
The internal dining room recreates the atmosphere of Felicin in Monforte with many references to the furnishings of the time of Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour.
Whether in Monforte or now in Turin, lunch at Felicin is always a great party!
As in Monforte, in the capital of Savoy you will find Felicin's typical dishes that have made its fortune as a true "trademark"...
... And here, too, you will find the same unique and unmistakable atmosphere that you breathe in Monforte, thanks to a truly unique family that has made hospitality and good food a philosophy of life.
